قام اللواء عماد كدواني، محافظ المنيا، اليوم الاثنين، بجولة تفقدية لمتابعة سير أعمال التصويت في انتخابات مجلس النواب بعدد من اللجان الانتخابية بمدينة المنيا، شملت المرور الميدانى على مدارس ( صفى الدين ابو شناف الثانوية العسكرية والشهيد محمد جمال أبو حليقه الإعدادية بنين و مدرسة الثانوية بنات القديمة و مدرسة القومية )، حيث اطمأن على انتظام سير العملية الانتخابية في يومها الأول، وتوافر كافة التيسيرات اللازمة للناخبين للإدلاء بأصواتهم في سهولة ويسر.
وخلال جولته، وجّه المحافظ رؤساء الوحدات المحلية بالتواجد الميداني المستمر داخل نطاق لجانهم، والتنسيق الكامل مع الأجهزة الأمنية لضمان انتظام العملية الانتخابية وخروجها في أبهى صورها، مشدداً على أهمية توفير أقصى درجات الانضباط والنظام داخل وحول المقار الانتخابية، لتيسير حركة دخول وخروج المواطنين.
وأكد اللواء كدواني أن اللجان الانتخابية على مستوى المحافظة تعمل بكفاءة عالية، مشيدًا بوعي المواطنين الذين توافدوا للمشاركة في هذا الاستحقاق الدستوري، مشيراً إلى أن المشاركة الإيجابية تعكس وعي أبناء المنيا وحرصهم على دعم المسار الديمقراطي، مؤكداً أن أبناء المحافظة يمثلون خط الدفاع الأول في بناء الوطن وصون مكتسباته.
وأشار المحافظ إلى أن الدولة وفرت كافة الإمكانات والتجهيزات اللازمة لتيسير عملية التصويت، من تجهيز اللجان وتوفير أماكن انتظار ومظلات لكبار السن، وكراسي متحركة لذوي الهمم، إلى جانب تطبيق خطة تأمين طبي ووقائي متكاملة، وتوفير مصادر كهرباء احتياطية، مع التنسيق الدائم بين غرف العمليات الفرعية والغرفة المركزية بديوان عام المحافظة لمتابعة الموقف أولاً بأول.
كما دعا محافظ المنيا المواطنين إلى التوجه إلى صناديق الاقتراع لأداء واجبهم الوطني والمشاركة في اختيار من يمثلهم بكل حرية وشفافية، مؤكداً أن محافظة المنيا كانت ولا تزال نموذجاً يحتذى في المشاركة السياسية الفاعلة خلال مختلف الاستحقاقات الوطنية، وهو ما يعكس وعي أبناء المحافظة وانتماءهم الراسخ للوطن.
وتستمر عملية التصويت في اليوم الأول حتى الساعة التاسعة مساءً، على أن تُستأنف غداً الثلاثاء 11 نوفمبر، وسط متابعة دقيقة من غرفة عمليات المحافظة لضمان سير العملية الانتخابية بكل شفافية ويسر.
