في إطار الحرص على متابعة سير العمل الدعوي والانضباط بالمساجد، قام فضيلة الشيخ عبد المجيد محمد عبد الواحد الكرماني، وكيل وزارة الأوقاف بسوهاج، بأول جولة تفتيشية موسعة له منذ توليه مهام عمله بالمحافظة، وذلك لمتابعة خطبة الجمعة بعدد من مساجد مدينة سوهاج.
وشملت الجولة عددًا من المساجد الكبرى بالمدينة، حيث تابع فضيلته التزام السادة الأئمة بموضوع الخطبة، ومستوى الأداء الدعوي، وانتظام العمل داخل المسجد وملحقاته، مؤكدًا أن المنبر رسالة ومسؤولية، وأن الوزارة تولي المتابعة الميدانية اهتمامًا بالغًا لضمان وصول الخطاب الديني الوسطي إلى الجمهور.
وخلال الجولة شدد وكيل الوزارة على:
الالتزام الكامل بنص وتعليمات خطبة الجمعة، الحفاظ على نظافة المسجد وقدسيته، وضبط الملحقات التابعة له، حسن استقبال المصلين وتقديم نموذج دعوي راقٍ، الالتزام بفتح وغلق المساجد في المواعيد المحددة.
كما أشاد فضيلته بأداء عدد من الأئمة والعاملين الذين ظهر منهم مستوى ملحوظ من الانضباط وحُسن الإدارة.
وفي ختام الجولة أكد الشيخ الكرماني أن المتابعة الميدانية بمدينة سوهاج ستكون مستمرة خلال الأسابيع القادمة، وفق خطة متكاملة تستهدف تعزيز الانضباط الدعوي، وترسيخ منهج الوسطية والوعي المستنير
