افتتحت الدكتورة سحر السنباطي، رئيسة المجلس القومي للطفولة والأمومة، واللواء الدكتور هشام أبو النصر، محافظ أسيوط، فرع المجلس القومي للطفولة والأمومة بالمحافظة، وذلك تنفيذًا لأحكام القانون رقم (182) لسنة 2023 بشأن تنظيم عمل المجلس القومي للطفولة والأمومة، والذي نصّ على إنشاء فروع للمجلس بالمحافظات دعمًا لمبدأ اللامركزية، وتيسيرًا لوصول آليات الحماية والرعاية للأطفال في مواقعهم، بما يضمن سرعة الاستجابة وفاعلية التدخل.
ويُعد فرع المجلس بأسيوط الفرع الثالث على مستوى الجمهورية، بعد افتتاح فرعي الإسكندرية وبني سويف، ليصبح فرعًا مركزيًا يخدم محافظات صعيد مصر.
وأكدت الدكتورة سحر السنباطي أن الأسرة تُعد الحصن الأول والدرع الواقي للأطفال، فهي البيئة التي تتشكل فيها شخصياتهم، وتُغرس فيها القيم والمبادئ، ويكتسبون من خلالها الإحساس بالأمان والانتماء.
وأشارت إلى أن دور الأسرة في حماية الأطفال من المخاطر المختلفة يُعد دورًا محوريًا لا غنى عنه، لافتةً إلى أن المخاطر التي يتعرض لها الأطفال لم تعد تقتصر على الجوانب التقليدية، بل امتدت لتشمل مخاطر نفسية واجتماعية ورقمية، مثل التنمر، والاستغلال، والإهمال، وسوء استخدام وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي.
وشددت رئيسة المجلس على أهمية المتابعة الواعية والحوار المستمر وبناء جسور الثقة بين الأسرة والأبناء، بما يتيح للطفل التعبير عن مشكلاته ومخاوفه دون خوف أو تردد، مؤكدة أن التربية الإيجابية القائمة على الاحترام والتوجيه السليم تُسهم في تنمية وعي الطفل بحقوقه وواجباته، وتعزز قدرته على التمييز بين السلوكيات الآمنة وغير الآمنة.
وأضافت أن حماية الأطفال مسؤولية مجتمعية تبدأ من الأسرة، وتتكاتف فيها جهود مؤسسات الدولة والمجتمع المدني ووسائل الإعلام، لضمان تنشئة أجيال قادرة على مواجهة التحديات، ومحصنة بالقيم والأخلاق، مؤكدة أن الاستثمار الحقيقي هو الاستثمار في الطفل، وأن حماية الطفل اليوم هي ضمان لمستقبل الوطن غدًا.
وأوضحت الدكتورة سحر السنباطي أن افتتاح فرع المجلس بأسيوط يكتسب أهمية خاصة، لا سيما مع افتتاح الغرفة الصديقة للطفل بالمحافظة، والتي تمثل مساحة إنسانية آمنة ومهيأة لاستقبال الأطفال ضحايا أو المعرّضين للعنف والإساءة، وتقديم الدعم النفسي والاجتماعي لهم وفقًا للمعايير الوطنية، وبما يحفظ كرامة الطفل ويضع مصلحته الفضلى في صدارة التدخل.
وأشارت إلى أن المجلس القومي للطفولة والأمومة ينفذ عددًا من المبادرات الوطنية بمحافظة أسيوط، من بينها مبادرة «دوي» لتمكين الفتيات، ومبادرة «بُكرة بينا» لتمكين الأطفال، وحملة «واعي وغالي» لحماية الأطفال من كافة أشكال العنف، بما يعزز الوعي المجتمعي ويدعم الأسرة المصرية.
كما أعلنت أن المجلس بصدد إطلاق مبادرة «غزل بنات»، وهي إحدى المبادرات التوعوية الهادفة التي تستهدف إحياء التراث الخاص بكل محافظة، وتركز على تمكين الفتيات في مرحلتي الطفولة والمراهقة، وتعزيز ثقتهن بأنفسهن، والتوعية بحقوقهن في التعليم والحماية من كافة أشكال العنف والتمييز وزواج الأطفال. وأوضحت أن المبادرة ستقدم محتوى تفاعليًا يتناسب مع الفئات العمرية المستهدفة، من خلال ورش عمل، وفيديوهات، وأنشطة فنية وثقافية، تُشجع على التعبير عن الذات وتعزز الحوار الأسري الإيجابي.
وفي ختام الزيارة، شهدت الدكتورة سحر السنباطي والوفد المرافق لها حفل ختام معسكرات الأطفال للمبادرة الوطنية لتمكين الطفل «بُكرة بينا»، والذي نُفذ بمحافظة أسيوط بهدف دعم حقوق الأطفال من خلال أنشطة متنوعة، وتضمن الحفل فقرات فنية شملت إلقاء شعر، واستعراضًا غنائيًا، ومسرحية بعنوان «بُكرة بينا».
ومن جانبه، أكد اللواء الدكتور هشام أبو النصر، محافظ أسيوط، حرص المحافظة على تقديم كافة أوجه الدعم لفرع المجلس، نظرًا للدور المهم والفاعل الذي يقوم به في حماية ورعاية الأطفال والأسر، من خلال الأنشطة والمبادرات المتنوعة التي يتم تنفيذها لتعزيز آليات حماية الطفل بالمحافظة. وثمّن الجهود التي يبذلها المجلس القومي للطفولة والأمومة في التصدي لكافة أشكال العنف والانتهاكات ضد الأطفال، وتوفير بيئة آمنة لنموهم وتطورهم.
وأشار المحافظ إلى أن افتتاح مقر فرع المجلس يأتي في إطار تعزيز التعاون المشترك بين المحافظة والمجلس، مؤكدًا دعمه الكامل لكافة جهود المجلس في نشر الوعي المجتمعي وتمكين الأطفال، معربًا عن سعادته بافتتاح فروع المجلس على مستوى الجمهورية، بما يعكس الاهتمام الكبير بقضايا الطفولة ودعم حقوق أطفال مصر.
