اكد الدكتور عباس شراقي استاذ الموارد المائية و الري بجامعة القاهـرة والخبير المائى عبر صفحته علي مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي【الفيسبوك】.. انه شهدت محافظة أسوان مساء الجمعة 2 أغسطس 2024 هطول أمطار خفيفة فى بعض المناطق وقد أعلنت ذلك من قبل هيئة الأرصاد الجوية المصرية مشكورة.
طبقا لخرائط تنبؤات توزيع الأمطار ليوم السبت فهناك أمطار خفيفة شرق مدينة أسوان فجر اليوم لمدة ساعتين وتتحرك شرقًا تجاه جبال البحر الأحمر على منابع وادى خريط الذى يقع فى مواجهة كوم أومبو وتنتهى قبل الظهر، وغير متوقع أن تكون سيول على أسوان.
وتابع شراقي تصريحاته عبر صفحته على الفيسبوك قائلا تعاود الأمطار فى الهطول بعد الظهر (2-5 م) بشدة بدًء من ساحل البحر الأحمر عند شلاتين وعلى جبال البحر الأحمر فى وادى الحوضين الذى يصب عند شلاتين وقد يشهد هذا الوادى سيول، ثم تتحرك الأمطار غربا وجنوبا نحو مرتفاعات وادى العلاقى (بعيدا عن المناطق السكنية فى أسوان)، تتلاشى على الحدود المصرية مع السودان حوالى الساعة 9 م، وتقدر كمية المياه التى سوف تسقط على حوض وادى العلاقى بحوالى 100 مليون م3 سوف يصل جزء منها إلى بحيرة ناصر.
وأضاف شراقي.. أمطار صباحا على أسوان خفيفة وان شاء الله لا خوف من سيول على المدينة، وبعد الظهر شديدة بالنسبة لشلاتين وعلى سكان المنطقة الحذر من سيول فى وادى حوضين، ومساء على حوض وادى العلاقى الخالى تقريبا من السكان ولا تأثير على مدينة أسوان ان شاء الله.
