الضمير والرقيب الذاتي، تراجع وتدني الوعي بمفهوم و معني “الضمير الرقيب” في حياتنا اليومية و مجتمعاتنا التحضرية والحضارية وغلبة الآنا و الأنانية إلي حد الغياب في أوقات و مواقع كثيرة علي حساب الحقوق و الواجبات والمفروض والصحيح الذي يجب أن يكون موجود ومُفعل؛؛فأصبح مرفوض و خارج الخدمة أو مُغلق أو كما أجابني أحد الباعة حينما سألته ” فين الضمير” عن فساد بضاعته، فقال في سخرية، مات وعلقته علي الحيطة؛؛ وهذا أمر يحتاج إلى وقفة جدية حتي لا يتحول ذلك إلي حقيقة و واقع أكثر من ذلك والتسليم له وبه يصبح مفروض.
“الضمير الرقيب” هو أن تري الخطأ فتصلح منه أو ترشد وتنبه الآخرين لإصلاحه، كل منا كمواطنين و بشر نحتاج (الرقيب الذاتي) في كل ما نفعله لنرتقي ونعلو بنا أولا، فمهما كانت و تواجدت القوانين و القواعد الصارمة لتعديل مسار السلوكيات والأفكار الخاطئة،إن لم تبدأ بك أولا، لم تكن لها جدوي حتي لو تم الالتزام بها لبعض الوقت؛ سيحدث الخلل و انعدام التوازن في استمرارية تطبيقها، و هذا ليس في مؤسسات و هيئات إدارية وحكومية فقط نراه، بل هو يبدأ بك ومن بيتك أولا، ثم تلقي اللوم علي من بعدك يَغفله و يعيق تنفيذه و تطبيقه..
لذلك عندما يموت الضمير؛يفقد الإنسان الحياء ويصبح عرضة للفساد، وتتعطل محاسبته الذاتية، ويتبع أهواءه المادية والشيطانية
و عن “الضمير الرقيب” الذاتي في رأي أساتذة و عظماء الكتابة و الفكر و الفلسفة الفكرية، يقول الدكتور مصطفى محمود:إن الضمير ليس مكتسباً كله.. إنه فطرة خالصة، وهو يتطوّر في الشكل والقالب متأثرا بالتربية والتعليم”

أما، الأديب و الكاتب الكبير “توفيق الحكيم” قال :”ليس العقل هو ما يميز الإنسان عن الحيوان.. بل “الضمير”
وأوضح (الحكيم) أن “الضمير” هو البوصلة الأخلاقية الحقيقية للإنسان، وهو صوت الله بداخله، ويجب أن يكون يقظًا ليحمي الروح ويقود للسلوك المستقيم، مشيرا إلى أن غياب “الضمير” يؤدي للضياع الأخلاقي رغم وجود العقل حتي أنه وصف الضمير بانه “الحارس اليقظ”.
ويري،المفكر والكاتب الكبير عباس محمود العقاد، “الضمير الرقيب” هو جوهر الإنسان، وميزانه الأخلاقي، وهو جهاد مستمر لا ينتهي، ويجب أن يكون رقيب الإنسان الأكبر الذي يوجهه نحو الفضيلة والنزاهة (كن شريفًا أمينًا، لا لأن الناس يستحقون الشرف والأمانة، بل لأنك أنت لا تستحق (الضعة والخيانة) أي “اللُّؤم،والدَّناءة “.
“الضمير الرقيب” عند العقاد، هو بوصلة الإنسان الداخلية، وقوته الأخلاقية العظمى، والجهاد الأكبر، وهو ما يمنح الحياة عمقها ومعناها، ويحتم على الإنسان أن يكون أميناً مع ذاته ومبادئه.
وتكمن أهمية “الضمير الرقيب”،في انه أساس تقدم الأمم حيث الأمم ترتقي برقي الضمائر وليس بكثرة القوانين فقط.
