عقب افتتاح المرحلة الأولى من مشروع “أوبيليسك لتوليد الكهرباء من الطاقة الشمسية” بنجع حمادي، اليوم، توجه الدكتور مصطفى مدبولي، رئيس مجلس الوزراء، ومرافقوه، إلى شركة مصر للألومنيوم، إحدى شركات الشركة القابضة للصناعات المعدنية التابعة لوزارة قطاع الأعمال العام؛ وذلك لتفقد خط الإنتاج الجديد لـ “سلك الألومنيوم” الذي تم البدء في تشغيله مؤخرًا، حيث كان في استقباله المهندس محمد شيمي، وزير قطاع الأعمال العام.
وأكد رئيس الوزراء أن تطوير شركة مصر للألومنيوم يأتي تنفيذاً لتوجيهات القيادة السياسية بتحديث القلاع الصناعية التابعة لقطاع الأعمال العام، مُشيراً إلى أن هذا الخط الجديد يمثل خطوة عملية نحو تعميق التصنيع المحلي؛ بما يضمن تلبية احتياجات السوق الوطنية وتعزيز النفاذ إلى الأسواق العالمية.
وأكد المهندس محمد شيمي، وزير قطاع الأعمال العام، أن المشروع يأتي في إطار توجه الدولة لدعم وتطوير الصناعات الوطنية بالاعتماد على أحدث التقنيات العالمية، مشيرًا إلى أن هذا الخط الجديد يسهم في تعزيز القيمة المضافة للصناعة الوطنية والحد من الواردات، موضحاً أن ما تحقق يمثل خطوة مهمة ضمن مسار متكامل لتحديث شركة مصر للألومنيوم، وتطوير قدراتها الإنتاجية؛ بما يرسخ مكانتها التنافسية في سوق الألومنيوم محليًا ودوليًا، باعتبارها إحدى القلاع الصناعية الاستراتيجية للاقتصاد الوطني.
وأضاف الوزير أن الشركة تعمل حاليًا على تنفيذ عدد من المشروعات والتوسعات الاستراتيجية التي تستهدف تعزيز قدراتها الإنتاجية والتنافسية، إلى جانب إدخال منتجات جديدة تواكب تطورات السوق وتلبي الطلب المتزايد محليًا ودوليًا؛ بما يسهم في تعظيم دور الشركة كأحد الأعمدة الرئيسية لصناعة الألومنيوم في مصر، ودعم الاقتصاد الوطني.
وأشار وزير قطاع الأعمال العام إلى أن الخط بطاقة إنتاجية تبلغ 60 ألف طن سنويًا من أسلاك الألومنيوم عالية الجودة، مما يمثل نقلة نوعية في حجم وجودة الإنتاج؛ حيث يضاعف الطاقة الإنتاجية للشركة من سلك الألومنيوم لتصل إلى 120 ألف طن سنويًا، مُوضحاً أن هذا الإنتاج يسهم في تلبية احتياجات السوق المحلية ويفتح آفاقًا أوسع للتصدير، مُشيراً إلى أن التكلفة الاستثمارية للمشروع بلغت نحو 17.5 مليون دولار، وتم تنفيذه بالتعاون مع شركة “بروبيرزي” الإيطالية، إحدى الشركات العالمية الرائدة في تصنيع معدات صب وسحب أسلاك الألومنيوم، بما يضمن الاعتماد على تكنولوجيا متقدمة متوافقة مع أعلى المعايير الفنية العالمية.
واستمع رئيس الوزراء ومرافقوه إلى شرح من الدكتور مهندس/ محمود عبدالعليم عجور، العضو المنتدب التنفيذي لشركة مصر للألومنيوم، أوضح فيه أن أعمال المشروع شملت تركيب جميع المكونات الميكانيكية والكهربائية الخاصة بالماكينة والوحدات المساعدة، بما في ذلك أبراج التبريد، وضواغط الهواء، والمحولات الكهربائية، وصولاً إلى مرحلة البرمجة؛ مُشيراً إلى أنه قد بدأت بالفعل اختبارات التشغيل وصولًا إلى القدرة القصوى للماكينة.
وأشار العضو المنتدب التنفيذي لشركة مصر للألومنيوم إلى أن النتائج أثبتت نجاح أعمال التركيب والتشغيل في تحقيق الأداء المستهدف، لافتاً إلى أن الشركة نجحت في تسويق الدفعات الأولى من إنتاج الخط الجديد لعدد من العملاء؛ الأمر الذي يعكس الثقة في جودة المنتج وجدوى الاستثمار في هذا المشروع، الذي يسهم في تنويع منتجات الشركة ورفع القيمة المضافة، وتعزيز قدرتها على التوسع في الأسواق المحلية والدولية؛ بما يدعم خطط النمو المستدام ويرسخ مكانة الشركة في واحدة من أهم الصناعات الاستراتيجية.
وأضاف أنه يتم تصدير إنتاج الشركة إلى عدة أسواق خارجية، تشمل: إسبانيا، وبولندا، والمغرب، وإيطاليا، وسوريا، وسلوفينيا، واليونان، مؤكداً وجود طلبات قائمة حالياً من عملاء دوليين لحجز كميات من إنتاج الخط الجديد.
