تُعرب جمعية نهوض وتنمية المرأة عن بالغ فخرها واعتزازها بصدور قرار تعيين المستشارة/ يمنى محمد رضا في منصب مساعد رئيس هيئة قضايا الدولة لشئون المجلس الأعلى، في خطوة تاريخية تُعد علامة فارقة في مسيرة تمكين المرأة المصرية داخل المؤسسات القضائية.
ويأتي هذا التعيين ليُسجل اسم المستشارة يمنى محمد رضا كـ أول سيدة تتولى هذا المنصب الرفيع، في تأكيد واضح على ما وصلت إليه المرأة المصرية من كفاءة واستحقاق، وما تحظى به من ثقة متزايدة في تولي أرفع المناصب القيادية داخل أجهزة الدولة.
وتؤكد الجمعية أن هذا القرار يأتي في إطار توجه الدولة، تحت قيادة فخامة السيد الرئيس/ عبد الفتاح السيسي، نحو دعم وتمكين المرأة، ويعكس إيمانها بدور المرأة المحوري كشريك رئيسي في صنع القرار، وتحقيق العدالة، وترسيخ مبادئ سيادة القانون.
وتتقدم جمعية نهوض وتنمية المرأة بخالص التهنئة إلى المستشارة يمنى محمد رضا، متمنيةً لها دوام التوفيق والسداد في مهام منصبها الجديد، ومزيدًا من النجاحات التي تُضاف إلى سجل المرأة المصرية المشرف، وتكون مصدر إلهام للأجيال القادمة من الفتيات والسيدات.
كما تؤكد الجمعية استمرار دعمها لكل الخطوات التي من شأنها تعزيز مشاركة المرأة في مواقع القيادة، إيمانًا بدورها الفاعل في بناء مجتمع أكثر عدلًا وإنصافًا.
