في لحظات انهيار العقارات، تتجه الأنظار سريعًا إلى رجال الحماية المدنية، الذين يخوضون سباقًا حقيقيًا مع الزمن لإنقاذ الأرواح العالقة تحت الأنقاض، فهذه المهام لا تحتمل التأخير، وتعتمد على دقة التحرك وسرعة القرار، إلى جانب خبرات تراكمت عبر سنوات من التدريب والعمل الميداني.
وتبدأ تحركات قوات الحماية المدنية فور تلقي البلاغ، حيث يتم الدفع بقوات متخصصة مدعومة بالمعدات اللازمة، مع فرض كردون أمني حول موقع الانهيار لضمان سلامة المواطنين وتيسير عمل فرق الإنقاذ.
ويجري التعامل بحذر شديد مع الأنقاض، مع مراعاة احتمالات وجود أحياء تحت الركام أو تعرض المباني المجاورة للخطر.
وتعتمد فرق الإنقاذ على أجهزة وتقنيات حديثة، من بينها أجهزة الاستشعار الصوتي التي تلتقط أي أصوات صادرة من تحت الأنقاض، وكاميرات دقيقة تدخل عبر الفتحات الضيقة لرصد مواقع المحتجزين، إلى جانب معدات الرفع والقص الثقيلة التي تستخدم وفق حسابات دقيقة لمنع حدوث انهيارات إضافية.
كما يتم الاستعانة بكلاب مدربة للكشف عن أماكن وجود الأحياء، في مشهد يعكس تطور أساليب العمل الميداني.
ولا تقتصر جهود رجال الحماية المدنية على الجانب الفني فقط، بل تظهر المشاهد الإنسانية بوضوح خلال عمليات الإنقاذ. فحرصهم على طمأنة المصابين، والتعامل بحس إنساني مع ذوي الضحايا، يعكس طبيعة الدور الذي يقومون به، والذي يتجاوز الواجب الوظيفي إلى رسالة إنسانية تهدف للحفاظ على الحياة.
ويأتي هذا الأداء نتيجة خطط تطوير شاملة شهدتها منظومة الحماية المدنية خلال السنوات الأخيرة، شملت تحديث المعدات، ورفع كفاءة العنصر البشري من خلال برامج تدريب مكثفة.
ويتلقى رجال الشرطة تدريبات متخصصة تحاكي سيناريوهات واقعية لانهيار العقارات، بما في ذلك العمل تحت الضغط، والتنسيق بين الجهات المختلفة، واتخاذ القرار السريع في المواقف الحرجة.
هذه التدريبات تهدف إلى إعداد كوادر قادرة على التعامل مع مختلف الكوارث، سواء الطبيعية أو الناتجة عن أخطاء بشرية، مع الالتزام بأعلى معايير السلامة المهنية.
كما يتم تقييم الأداء بشكل دوري، لضمان الجاهزية الكاملة في أي وقت.
