أسدلت قمة مجموعة السبع الصناعية الكبرى، التي انعقدت في مدينة إيفيان الفرنسية، الستار على عمق العلاقات المصرية الأمريكية والأوروبية، وثقل الشراكات الإستراتيجية الواسعة، وذلك في ظل التوترات الإقليمية والدولية الراهنة. وظهر ذلك جلياً في اللقاءات التي عقدها الرئيس عبد الفتاح السيسي على هامش أعمال القمة، وفي مقدمتها لقاؤه مع الرئيس الأمريكي “دونالد ترامب” ورئيسة المفوضية الأوروبية، وهو ما انعكس على تأكيد متانة و قوة الدولة المصرية قيادة وشعباً و أهمية مكانتها الجغرافية والسياسية علي الخريطة العالمية، في ظل الأوضاع الإقليمية والدولية المحفوفة و المحاطة بالحذر ، خاصة مع التصعيد الإسرائيلي بضرباته المكثفة على الضاحية الجنوبية في لبنان، الأمر الذي يفرض ضرورة الضغط على إسرائيل للإلتزام ببنود الاتفاق الذي أقره الرئيس الأمريكي ضمن وقف الحرب على إيران وإعادة فتح “مضيق هرمز”.
“مذكرة التفاهم الأمريكية-الإيرانية“
وتأتي المفاجأة وتتسارع وتيرة الأحداث من قلب فرنسا بتوقيع الرئيس الأمريكي “دونالد ترامب”مذكرة تفاهم لوقف الحرب الأمريكية الإيرانية، ببنود يوافق عليها الطرفان بالتراضي لمدة 60 يوماً قابلة للتجديد. تضمنت بنودها ترحيب إيران بالمذكرة وتوقيع الاتفاق، وإعادة فتح مضيق هرمز، ورفع الحصار البحري عن الموانئ الإيرانية، وإعادة إعمار إيران بمبلغ 300 مليار دولار ، ورفع العقوبات المفروضة على تصدير النفط الخام الإيراني.
المشهد محير وغير متوقع، ويعكس تغيراً في توجهات السياسة داخل أورقة الإدارة الأمريكية، وبالمختصر “قلب الطاولة” على إسرائيل، مع توجيه الرئيس الأمريكي دونالد ترامب لغة خطاب حادة و هجومية، مُهينة لرئيس الوزراء الإسرائيلي بنيامين نتنياهو، ثم أعقب ذلك بساعات نائب الرئيس الأمريكي “جي.دي فانس” بتعنيف إسرائيل ونتنياهو أيضًا بتصريحات هجومية مباشرة وأكثر عنفاً وإتهاماً، لرفضه مذكرة التفاهم بين الولايات المتحدة وإيران، متضمنة وقف الهجمات والضربات الإسرائيلية على الضاحية الجنوبية بلبنان، وهو ما اعترض عليه ورفض الإلتزام به مبرراً ذلك بضرورة نزع سلاح حزب الله.
كل هذا وبين سطور القراءات السياسية لما جرى، يبعث تحذيراً بإحتمالية عودة الحرب مجدداً، وهو ما أكده ترامب حين سُئل: إذا لم تلتزم إيران ببنود الاتفاق أو المذكرة، قال: “ستدك أسلحتنا وصواريخنا فوق رؤوسهم من جديد”. ربما يكون ما تم حقيقة و يسلك مسار عودة الملاحة الآمنة في “مضيق هرمز” وسيادة الأمن والسلم والاستقرار في المنطقة، لكن السؤال يبقى: هل ستقبل إسرائيل و”مافيا الموساد الإسرائيلي” ذلك بهدوء؟ أم ستعكر صفو الأوضاع في المنطقة نحو الأسوأ بحيل إنتقامية وجرائم قتل أعنف و أوسع، تعيد دائرة الفوضي وتؤجج وتقلب موازين الأمن والاستقرار كالمعتاد؟
