حددت المحكمة المختصة، جلسة 23 مارس الجاري، أولى جلسات محاكمة المتهم بإنهاء حياة مدرب جيم شبرا الخيمة خلال تدخله للدفاع عن مسن كان ينهره المتهم، وعندما تدخل المجني عليه سدد له طعنه نافذة بسلاح أبيض وعلى إثرها أنهى حياته بشبرا الخيمة.
مقتل مدرب جيم شبرا الخيمة على يد بلطجي
البداية عندما شهدت منطقة شبرا، واقعة مقتل مدرب جيم يدعى لؤي.خ يبلغ من العمر 25 عاما على يد بلطجي، خلال الدفاع عن مسن كان ينهره المتهم، وعندما تدخل المجني عليه سدد له طعنه نافذة بسلاح أبيض -مطواة- وعل إثرها أنهى حياته.
وقالت أسماء، خالة المجني عليه مدرب جيم شبرا الخيمة، إن الواقعة بدأت عندما رأى ابن شقيقتها خلال وقوفه أسفل الجيم شابا ينهر مسنا، مشيرة إلى أنه توجه إلى المتهم وطلب منه أن يحدثه بهدوء ولا يهينه، لكنه انهال عليه بالشتائم ورفض تدخله بينهما.
وأضافت خالة مدرب جيم شبرا الخيمة، أن المتهم رفض تدخل ابن شقيقتها الدفاع عن المسن وسدد له طعنة بسلاح أبيض -مطواة-، لافتة إلى أنه بعد القبض عليه عثر بحوزته على بندقية خرطوش وطبنجة، وعدد من الطلقات.
وواصلت: ابن أختي واخد بكالوريوس تجارة وميعرفش المتهم، وكل اللي حصل صعب عليه الراجل الكبير اللي كان بيزعقله، ولما تدخل دفع حياته تمن الدفاع عن المسن.
تعود تفاصيل الواقعة، عندما تلقت الأجهزة الأمنية بلاغا يفيد بمقتل شاب مدرب جيم شبرا الخيمة على يد بلطجي.
وعلى الفور انتقلت الأجهزة الأمنية لموقع البلاغ، وبالفحص تبين أن المتوفى يدعى لؤي يبلغ من العمر 25 عاما ويعمل مدرب جيم، وتم تحرير محضر بالواقعة حمل رقم 19109 اداري شبرا.
