أصدر المهندس حازم الأشموني #محافظ_الشرقية (٣٨) قرارا تأديبيا بحق (٨٤) من العاملين بالجهاز الإداري للدولة بنطاق المحافظة وذلك في ضوء نتائج التحقيقات التي أُجريت من خلال جهات التحقيق المختصة وهيئة النيابة الإدارية وقرارات المحكمة التأديبية وبناءاً على مذكرات إدارة الشؤون القانونية بالمحافظة لما نُسب إليهم من مخالفات إدارية.
وقد شملت هذه القرارات مجازاة عدد (٨٤) من العاملين بعدد من رئاسة ومراكز ومدن وأحياء المحافظة (حي ثان الزقازيق- الزقازيق-أبو حماد-منيا القمح- كفرصقر- فاقوس – أبو كبير- بلبيس- ديرب نجم- ههيا- أولادصقر- مشتول السوق – الإبراهيمية) كما تنوعت العقوبات ما بين ( التوقف عن العمل لمدة ١٥ يوما مع صرف نصف الأجر الكامل خلال مدة الوقف – الغرامة -الإنذار- الخصم من الأجر ) وإحالة بعضهم إلى النيابة الإدارية والمحكمة التأديبية مع اعفاء من تتوافر بشأنه أسباب قانونية للإعفاء وذلك في حدود ما يقرره القانون واللوائح المنظمة.
أكد المحافظ أن هذه القرارات تأتي في إطار تطبيق مبدأ الثواب والعقاب، وللحفاظ على الإنضباط الإداري وحسن سير العمل داخل الجهاز الإداري بالمحافظة لافتا إلى أن الجهاز التنفيذي لن يتهاون مع أي تقصير إداري وأن المحاسبة القانونية حق أصيل للدولة ووسيلة أساسية لضبط منظومة العمل وتحقيق الانضباط الوظيفي.
