وأقرت لجنة الحكم والمناقشة بالإجماع منح الباحث أحمد علي إبراهيم درجة الدكتوراه بتقدير امتياز، وذلك بعد مناقشة ثرية ومتميزة ضمت كلًا من:

الأستاذة الدكتورة مروة البدري، أستاذ العلاقات الدولية والمناقشة الداخلية،
