تقدمت النيابة العامة بالاستئناف على قرار إخلاء سبيل التيك توكر شاكر محظور بكفالة نصف مليون جنيه، وحددت المحكمة جلسة اليوم لنظر استئناف النيابة على قرار إخلاء السبيل.
ويترقّب شاكر في الوقت الحالي الكشف عن وجود أي قضايا أخرى على ذمته من عدمه، لاستكمال إجراءات خروجه النهائي من قسم الشرطة التابع له، وفقًا للإجراءات القانونية المتبعة.
وكانت قررت محكمة الجنايات المختصة، إخلاء سبيل التيك توكر المعروف بـ «شاكر محظور دلوقتي» بكفالة مالية نصف مليون جنيه على ذمة التحقيقات، تم تجهيز الكفالة بشكل فوري استعدادا لدفعها وخروج شاكر من محبسه.
تفاصيل القبض على التيك توكر شاكر
وكشفت الداخلية، أن المتهم تم ضبطه داخل كافيه شهير بالقاهرة الجديدة، وبرفقته مدير أعماله، وذلك عقب تقنين الإجراءات وتنفيذ إذن النيابة العامة.
وأسفرت عملية الضبط عن العثور بحوزتهما على كمية من مخدري الحشيش والأيس، بالإضافة إلى سلاح ناري غير مرخص.
وبمواجهتهما، اعترفا بحيازة المواد المخدرة بقصد التعاطي، إلى جانب استخدام المحتوى المثير للجدل على صفحات التواصل لزيادة نسب المشاهدة وتحقيق أرباح مالية.
وكانت الأجهزة الأمنية قد تحركت بناءً على عدة بلاغات تتهم صانع المحتوى بنشر فيديوهات تنطوي على إساءة للقيم والمبادئ الأسرية، وإخلال بالآداب العامة، مما دفع الجهات المعنية إلى إدراج اسمه ضمن الحملة الأمنية التي تستهدف المحتوى المخالف على المنصات الرقمية.
