وقررت محكمة جنايات دمنهور، منذ قليل، الاستجابة لطلبات الدفاع عن الطفل ياسين، بتعديل القيد والوصف فى القضية، وتغيير قرار الإحالة من الاعتداء على الطفل بغير قوة، إلى الاعتداء بالقوة تحت التهديد.
كانت قد استمعت محكمة جنايات دمنهور، قد استمعت إلى أقوال والده الطفل ياسين، وأيضا أقوال المتهم فى القضية، والذى نفى جميع التهم الموجهة إليه.
كانت محكمة جنايات دمنهور، رفعت منذ قليل أولى جلسات قضية طفل البحيرة بمحكمة جنايات دمنهور بحضور المتهم، وأسرة المجنى عليه فى قضية طفل دمنهور وسط إجراءات أمنية مشددة.
ونظرت محكمة جنايات دمنهور، الدائرة الأولى، المنعقدة في محكمة إيتاي البارود في محافظة البحيرة، اليوم الأربعاء، أولي جلسات محاكمة صبري. ك.ج.ا، 79 عاما، مراقب مالى بمدرسة خاصة للغات بمدينة دمنهور، وذلك لاتهامه بـ التعدى على طفل داخل أسوار المدرسة.
كان المستشار محمد الحسيني، المحامي العام لنيابات وسط دمنهور الكلية، قرر إحالة المتهم لمحكمة جنايات دمنهور، بتهمة هتك عرض الطفل ياسين.م.ع، 5 سنوات، فى القضية رقم 33773 لسنة 2024 جنايات مركز دمنهور، والمقيدة برقم كلي 1946 لسنة 2024 جنايات كلي وسط دمنهور، وبناءا علي ذلك، يكون المتهم قد ارتكب الجناية المعاقب عليها بالمادة 261 / 201 من قانون العقوبات.
