اعترف سائق متهور بـ دهس معلمة أثناء قيادته بسرعة زائدة فى أحد شوارع القاهرة، قبل أن يلوذ بالفرار من موقع الحادث، خشية تعرضه للمساءلة القانونية.
وكانت الأجهزة الأمنية قد ألقت القبض على السائق بعد تلقى قسم شرطة مصر الجديدة بلاغًا من أحد المستشفيات يفيد بوصول جثمان معلمة تقيم بمنطقة عين شمس، وذلك إثر تعرضها لحادث تصادم مروع.
تفاصيل اعتراف سائق دهس معلمة فى مصر الجديدة والتحفظ على السيارةوخلال استجوابه، أقر المتهم بتفاصيل الواقعة، مؤكدًا أنه كان يقود بسرعة زائدة لحظة دهس الضحية، وقرر الهروب بعد وقوع الحادث بسبب خوفه من العواقب القانونية.
وقد تم التحفظ على السيارة المستخدمة في الحادث، فيما باشرت النيابة العامة التحقيق، وأمرت باتخاذ الإجراءات القانونية اللازمة بحق السائق
وبحسب القانون، فإن المتهم يواجه اتهامات تتعلق بالقتل الخطأ الناتج عن الإهمال والرعونة، وترك موقع الحادث دون الإبلاغ، وهي جرائم قد تصل عقوبتها إلى السجن مدة لا تقل عن ثلاث سنوات، طبقًا لنص المادة 238 من قانون العقوبات، والتي تُشدد العقوبة إذا اقترنت الواقعة بظروف مشددة مثل القيادة بسرعة مفرطة أو الهروب بعد ارتكاب الحادث.
بمباشرة التحريات، نجحت قوات الشرطة فى تتبع السيارة المتسببة في الحادث، وضبطها في وقت وجيز، إلى جانب تحديد هوية قائدها الذي تبين أنه مقيم بدائرة قسم شرطة الزيتون
