أصدر المستشار محمد صلاح الفقي وكيل مكتب النائب العام والمحامي العام الأول لنيابات شرق طنطا الكلية بمحافظة الغربية منذ قليل في توجيهاته إلي المستشار أيمن سالم رئيس نيابة مركز قطور بقرار حبس عصابة السرقة علي محلات”الهدي” بقطور 4 أيام علي ذمة التحقيقات
وقامت الأجهزة الأمنية بمديرية أمن القليوبية بالتعاون مع مديرية أمن الغربية ضبطت عصابة سرقة أصحاب محلات ذهب”الهدي” بمدينة قطور بالغربية خلال تواجدهم بمدينة بنها.
وكانت تفاصيل الواقعة هي تلقي الأجهزة الأمنية بمدير أمن القليوبية، إخطارا من مأمور مركز بنها يفيد ورود اشارة من المستشفى بوصول كلا من أيمن سعدون وحمادة سعدون وأسامة شمس مصابين جميعاً بطلقات نارية في ساقهم، ومقيمن بقرية إبشواي التابعة لمركز ومدينة قطور بمحافظة الغربية .
وأنتقلت قوة أمنية على الفور وبسؤال المصابين أفادوا بأنهم أثناء عودتهم إلى منزلهما في وقت متاخر من الليل وفي طريق “طري” اوقفتهم سيارة ملاكى يستقلها 9اشخاص ملثمين وانهالوا عليهم ضربا بطلقات نارية واستولوا على مبالغ مالية كبيرة تقدر بـ9.5مليون ونصف وذهب يقدر بـ4.5كيلو ذهب وهواتفهم المحموله وفروا هاربين .
وتم عمل محضر بالواقعة وجار اتخاذ الإجراءات القانونية اللازمة حيال الواقعة وأخطار النيابة العامة لمباشرة التحقيقات.
