أصدر الدكتور مصطفى مدبولي، رئيس مجلس الوزراء، القرار رقم 443 لسنة 2026، بتكليف السيد حمدي محمود بدوي بمهام مساعد رئيس الهيئة العامة للرقابة المالية.
ويحمل حمدي بدوي خبرة مهنية واسعة تمتد لأكثر من 26 عامًا في مجالات البحث الجنائي ومكافحة الجرائم المالية، حيث تخرّج من كلية الشرطة عام 1997، وحصل على دبلوم القانون الخاص ودبلوم القانون التجاري، بالإضافة إلى درجة الماجستير في القانون من جامعة عين شمس، جامعًا بين الخلفية الأمنية والتحليل القانوني المتخصص في مكافحة الجرائم المالية والاقتصادية.
وقد شغل بدوي سلسلة من المناصب القيادية في مجال مكافحة الجرائم الاقتصادية، بدءًا من عمله بالإدارة العامة لمباحث الأموال العامة، وتدرجه في المناصب حتى تولى إدارة مكافحة جرائم النقد والتهريب وجرائم سوق رأس المال وتلقي الأموال، حيث ساهم في كشف وتتبع أنماط الجرائم المالية المختلفة، لا سيما في مجالات غسل الأموال وتمويل الإرهاب وجرائم سوق المال وتوظيف الأموال.
ومع انتقاله للعمل بالهيئة العامة للرقابة المالية، تولى بدوي الإشراف على الإدارة المركزية لمكافحة غسل الأموال وتمويل الإرهاب، كما أشرف على الإدارة المركزية للرقابة على المهنيين في قطاع التأمين، قبل أن يتولى منصب نائب مساعد رئيس الهيئة، مسهمًا في تعزيز آليات الرقابة وتطوير منظومة الامتثال والحوكمة.
وعلى الصعيد الأكاديمي والتدريبي، ساهم كمحاضر معتمد بمعهد الخدمات المالية التابع للهيئة، حيث قدم برامج تدريبية متخصصة للعاملين بالقطاع المالي غير المصرفي في مجالات مكافحة غسل الأموال وتمويل الإرهاب، بما يعكس اهتمامه ببناء القدرات المؤسسية وتعزيز ثقافة الامتثال.
ويتميز حمدي بدوي بخبرة متراكمة في تطوير منظومات الرقابة المالية، وتحليل أنماط الجرائم الاقتصادية، وتعزيز آليات الامتثال والحوكمة، بما يدعم استقرار ونزاهة الأسواق المالية، ويرسخ دور الهيئة في حماية حقوق المتعاملين وضمان سلامة الأنشطة المالية غير المصرفية.

Today, I went to the beach front with my kids.
