أعلن صندوق تطوير التعليم التابع لرئاسة مجلس الوزراء، عن إطلاق النسخة الثانية من مبادرة «شتاء رقمي»، التي تهدف إلى فتح آفاق جديدة أمام شباب مصر لاكتساب المهارات الرقمية المتقدمة، وذلك اعتبارًا من اليوم 19 يناير وحتى نهاية مارس 2026، في إطار رؤية وتوجيهات القيادة السياسية لبناء كوادر مؤهلة قادرة على المنافسة في الاقتصاد الرقمي العالمي.
وفي هذا السياق، أكدت د. رشا سعد شرف، الأمين العام لصندوق تطوير التعليم، أن مبادرة «شتاء رقمي» تمثل خطوة مهمة في مسار تمكين الشباب، لا سيما طلاب التعليم الفني والتدريب المهني، بالمهارات العملية التي يتطلبها سوق العمل الحديث، وذلك تنفيذًا لتوجيهات الرئيس عبد الفتاح السيسي، بضرورة تعزيز قدرات الشباب وتأهيلهم بالمهارات الرقمية والتكنولوجية التي يتطلبها سوق العمل، كما تعكس المبادرة حرص القيادة السياسية على تطوير منظومة التعليم الفني والتدريب المهني وربطها باحتياجات الاقتصاد الرقمي، وبناء اقتصاد قائم على المعرفة .
وأضافت – في بيان صحفي – أن الصندوق يحرص على إتاحة دورات تدريبية رقمية مجانية وعالية الجودة في تخصصات استراتيجية، تشمل فني شبكات، فني محلل بيانات الأمن السيبراني، وفني مراكز البيانات، وتُنفذ المبادرة من قبل صندوق تطوير التعليم بدعم جزئي من الاتحاد الأوروبي (EU) في إطار برنامج دعم وتوظيف مهارات الشباب في مصر EU4Yes، والوكالة الألمانية للتعاون الدولي (GIZ) من خلال مشروع الدعم الفني لمبادرة التعليم الفني الشامل مع مصر – المرحلة الثانية (TCTI II)، وبالتعاون مع وزارة التربية والتعليم والتعليم الفني وشركة سيسكو.
وأوضحت «شرف» أن المبادرة توفر 600 منحة تدريبية تمكن الطلاب من الحصول على شهادات دولية معتمدة، ومتاحة للطلاب في جميع محافظات الجمهورية، مع تركيز خاص على تمكين الفتيات وطلاب التعليم الفني، وتمثل مبادرة «شتاء رقمي» خطوة محورية نحو إعداد جيل جديد من طلاب التعليم الفني القادرين على الاندماج بفاعلية في سوق العمل المحلي والدولي.
وأشارت الأمين العام لصندوق تطوير التعليم إلى أن المبادرة تهدف إلى تمكين الطلاب في جميع محافظات مصر بالمهارات الرقمية اللازمة لمستقبلهم المهني، وتؤهل المشاركين للحصول على شهادات دولية معتمدة، وتسعى المبادرة، ضمن جهود أوسع، إلى الوصول إلى مليون طالب وطالبة من مختلف المحافظات والمراحل التعليمية.
