أوضح الشيخ عويضة عثمان، مدير إدارة الفتوى الشفوية بدار الإفتاء ، أن الشخص الذي نسى أنه صائم وأكل أو شرب فإن أثناء صيام أحد أيام شهر شعبان أو أي صيام تطوعي، فإن صيامه يظل صحيحًا، ولا يلزمه القضاء.
وأكد عثمان في بث مباشر عبر الصفحة الرسمية لدار الإفتاء على “فيس بوك”، أن الحكم لا يختلف بين صيام الفرض والتطوع، مشيرًا إلى حديث النبي ﷺ: «مَنْ نَسِيَ وَهُوَ صَائِمٌ، فَأَكَلَ أَوْ شَرِبَ، فَلْيُتِمَّ صَوْمَهُ، فَإِنَّمَا أَطْعَمَهُ اللَّهُ وَسَقَاهُ» (رواه مسلم).
وأضافت دار الإفتاء، مؤكده أن هذا الحكم يسري على صيام رمضان وصيام النوافل على حد سواء، حيث لا قضاء ولا كفارة على من أكل أو شرب إذا كان الشخص ناسيًا ، وفقًا لما ذهب إليه جمهور الفقهاء من الحنفية والشافعية والحنابلة.
